returns & exchanges

we hope you love your little west order — but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

to be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

to start a return or exchange, just email hello@shoplittlewest.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send you the next steps and return address. return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
